This is how an order works at Gravux:

Step 1: Choose your desired jewelry and enter the name or text you want. Spaces will be left blank and will not be engraved. You can also leave a remark if necessary.

Step 2: Click on “Add to cart”.

Step 3: Review your shopping cart and then click "Proceed to Checkout".

Step 4: Enter your billing and shipping address and click “Continue to Checkout” again.

Step 5: Select your preferred payment method, be it credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung or bank transfer, and click "Continue".

Step 6: Review your details carefully and then click “Buy Now”.

Step 7: You will now be redirected to our payment provider (PSP – Ogone). Once the payment has been made, your order is complete.

Can I cancel or change my order at Gravux?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet gone into production. Normally an order is put into production the day after it is received. If you wish to cancel, we recommend that you contact us immediately. Once an order is in production, cancellation is no longer possible.

Since all pieces of jewelry are made individually for the customer, cancellation is no longer possible once production has begun. After cancellation, the costs will be refunded.

What are the shipping costs?

There are no additional shipping costs for standard shipping.

However, you also have the option of choosing express shipping, which incurs an additional charge of €4.95. Express shipping is free for orders over €100.

With express shipping, you will receive your order quickly and can track it using a track and trace link.

Is it possible to customize the product according to my wishes or make a custom special order?

Some products have the option of back engraving for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service to find out if back engraving is possible for your desired product.
